SELF-DISCIPLINE

Self-discipline is not just about consistently doing your workout, it’s about correcting and adapting your behavior. Discipline needs fuel in the form of motivation and inspiration to carry it through to your goals.

Keep track of how you feel after your workout, remember why you started and get addicted to the post-exercise endorphin rush; that will ensure you make your workout a daily/weekly routine. You can't reach where you want to be without pushing yourself to the limit, it’s very important to keep that mind set. Test your boundaries in class within yourself, work deeper and be in control of your breath. Don't put a limit on what you can achieve - that will only restrict you. Self discipline is hard, self control is the inner strength that gives you the power to stick to your workouts without changing your mind, it's one of the most important factors in achieving your goals. Find a structured Pilates mat class with a qualified and motivated instructor who makes sure you’re doing a great job by guiding you to make the necessary corrections. This will ensure the results that will come with your consistency. And remember - stay focused on you and what you're doing for that hour.
