ARE YOU CONSISTENT?

Exercise needs to be consistent to achieve the changes you want to make in your body. Start by adding your exercise class into your weekly schedule. This will allow you to schedule the time and get into a routine. Make it a ritual  so you won't have to think about it! No decision has to be made. Don't let your mind come up with excuses, because it will always give you a reason not to go - don't listen to it! When you come to class, be present, keep your mind focused and in the room. Always come back to your center! During your workout, don't be on auto pilot - keep your mind on the exercises you’re doing. This will help your body and mind. Implement the changes you learned and use them in your daily life! That's the perfect way to make sure you add to your muscle memory. In order to make the changes, you must be mindful of what you're doing.  

 

Try our Saturday morning 8:30am class (or one of our others!).
