Private one-to-one instruction ensures that a safe progress is directed on the
equipment. As skill and strength increase, more challenging exercises are added
and the tempo of the work increases.
Due to the NON IMPACT nature of
Pilates, it is suitable for the young as well as the old, the well-trained athlete
as well as the sedentary individual. To maximize results, workouts should occur
on a regular basis. A minimum of two to three times a week is recommended.
