Learning the work is a PROCESS! pilates one-to-one instruction
Private one-to-one instruction ensures that a safe progress is directed on the equipment. As skill and strength increase, more challenging exercises are added and the tempo of the work increases.

Due to the NON IMPACT nature of Pilates, it is suitable for the young as well as the old, the well-trained athlete as well as the sedentary individual. To maximize results, workouts should occur on a regular basis. A minimum of two to three times a week is recommended.

Private Sessions - The best way to introduce Pilates. Also the fastest way to get results and to advance in the method. Rates & Services.

Duet Sessions - A close second to the private, except you get to bring a friend. Beginners must be injury free and have good body awareness. Rates & Services.


Trio Sessions - 3 people with one instructor, need to be injury free and at a strong beginner/intermediate level. Rates & Services.



Pilates Fit has integrated The Pilates Method into programs for: Golf, Tennis, Pregnancy and Back Pain Relief, equestrian, baseball and football.
